The GLORY MACHINERY 750 Type Titanium Coil-to-Coil Polishing Line is a continuous surface finishing system designed for industrial titanium coil processing — especially TA1, TC4 and nickel-based materials. The line integrates decoiling, strip guiding, polishing, cleaning, drying, protective film coating and recoiling into a fully continuous coil-to-coil process controlled by a centralized PLC system.
The documented processing window is strip 300–750 mm wide and 0.05–2.0 mm thick, with a maximum coil weight of 10 metric tons. Wet abrasive-belt polishing controls heat and keeps the surface stable, producing a consistent industrial No.4 finish on titanium strip; the enclosed stations polish both sides of the strip.
Strip position is controlled at both ends of the line: a CPC system on the cantilever decoiler aligns the strip at entry, and a CCD-based EPC system controls coil-edge alignment at the recoiler. After polishing, the strip is washed, dried and protected by an automatic double-sided film laminator with automatic cutting.
Documented line data includes a working speed of 5–60 m/min with stepless regulation, abrasive belts of 2620 × 900 mm in 120#–240# grit, and a stated total installed power of approximately 430 kW on a 380 V / 50 Hz / 3-phase supply. One reference line of this type is installed in Baoji, Shaanxi. Final performance depends on material grade, incoming surface condition, abrasive configuration and process parameters.
