1600mm Coil-to-Coil Polishing and Grinding Line Shipped to Vinh City, Vietnam

On December 4, 2025, GLORY MACHINERY loaded a complete 1600mm coil-to-coil polishing and grinding line for No.4, Scotch-Brite and hairline finishes into containers in Foshan, exported to a customer in Vinh City, Vietnam.

On December 4, 2025, GLORY MACHINERY completed container loading of a complete 1600mm coil-to-coil polishing and grinding machine line for No.4, Scotch-Brite and hairline finishes at its Foshan workshop. The line was exported to a customer in Vinh City, Vietnam.

The 1600mm oil-wet coil-to-coil line combines back-side and top-side No.4 polishing (eight polishing units in total: three back-side and five top-side), Scotch-Brite surface conditioning, a hairline finishing machine with four grinding heads, cleaning and drying, protective-film application and EPC recoiling in one integrated process, for strip thicknesses of 0.3–3.0 mm. Container Loading in Foshan — December 4, 2025

Every module of the line — polishing and grinding units, line frames and roller tables, the filtration tank and the electrical control cabinet — was wrapped in protective film, lifted by forklift and secured inside the shipping containers for the sea journey to Vietnam. The photographs below document the loading day.

Installed and Running in Vietnam
